As you all know I post a blog most weeks. They are meant to sometimes be funny or perhaps give you a little insight into the world that I live in which is defending those accused of crimes. Being charged with a DUI, battery, felony, misdemeanor, violation of probation or any other criminal case is extremely stressful. It is a very difficult and time consuming for an individual to navigate such through our criminal justice system. Even after the case is over there are things like having a record sealed or expunged that needs further attention. It is for these reasons that I offer premium representation. I provide a service from the initial arrest until the client is finished with the criminal case. One of the things I strive to do when representing people is to take my time and listen to the issues and give them support during their time of need. The last thing anyone wants is to be rushed, not to be able to contact the attorney or for the attorney to have no clue what is going on in their case. It is easy to just represent someone in court. It is another thing to provide premium representation and take the time to make the person feel at ease and as comfortable as possible during their time of need.
