So last week's blog about getting motivated explained how you should question yourself as to why might you take action to get motivated? I am assuming you did this last week so now we can go to part 2 of how to get motivated.
So, how ready are you to make this change? Answer this on a scale of 1 to 10. Now 10 is, "I'm doing this right now, I can't wait!" 1 is "I don't even know why I'm thinking about doing this and I am not doing it now." Write down your answer on a piece of paper. No no matter what your answer is I want to follow up that question with a question of why isn't it a lower number? Even if you are a 3 or 4, how ready are you to take action. You should ask yourself, well if you answer it as a 3, "Why isn't this lower? Why am I at a 3?" there must be a reason why you've rated it that high. Answer yourself that question, "Why aren't I lower on the scale?"
I hope you continue to enjoy the blog series of how to get motivated in life! Part 3 of this blog series will be posted soon and I hope everyone enjoys their day.
