Well this is my final installment about getting and staying motivated to reach your goals. It has been fun to give you some insight into my thoughts on this and how I reach personal goals I have. It is hard for everyone including me so I actually practice what I am writing here!
Question #4 is: Why are these positive outcomes important to you?
Imagine the change has been made and you have taken action. Why are these positive outcomes important to you personally? Now you may have made a change in your business but you have to understand the impact it will have on you personally. Write down what that impact is upon you personally. Do you like what you wrote?
So, think about and write down the answers to these questions:
What can you do right now?
What can you do today?
What can you do in this moment to begin making the change?
Just writing this stuff down is a positive action towards your goal. Stay motivated! Trick your mind to always move towards your goal You will only obtain what you seek out to do. Get going, get to work and do great things.
